Frequently asked questions
Your questions answered.
What should be provided for a review?
Recent complete processing statements are the usual starting point. Depending on the question, TSC may also request gateway reports, card-mix detail, transaction exports, contracts, or workflow information.
Does a lower quoted rate always mean a lower total cost?
No. Total cost can be affected by interchange qualification, card mix, gateway and software fees, ancillary charges, transaction methods, and operational work.
