These terms govern your use of the Transaction Solutions Consulting (“TSC”) website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Informational purpose
Website content and interactive estimates are provided for general educational and business-development purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, or compliance advice. A recommendation requires review of the relevant statements, agreements, systems, transaction data, business requirements, and applicable rules.
No guarantee of results
Examples, calculators, projected exposure, potential savings, rebates, qualification outcomes, implementation capabilities, timelines, and integration descriptions are illustrative unless confirmed in a written client engagement. Actual results depend on factors including transaction mix, network and processor rules, data quality, contracts, configuration, supplier or customer adoption, and third-party performance.
Calculators and freight estimates
The card-fee calculator assumes that 20% of the commercial-card volume entered is not qualifying as intended and applies an illustrative 0.70% (70 basis point) fee reduction to that portion. These are scenario assumptions, not verified industry averages or a finding about your business. Actual net savings require review of eligibility, transaction data, program fees, provider terms, and implementation costs.
Freight estimates come from a partner-operated tool and may change with shipment details, carrier availability, additional services, and applicable terms. Viewing an estimate does not book a shipment or create a transportation agreement with TSC. Confirm scope, pricing, and responsibilities before proceeding.
Third-party services
The website may link to or embed services operated by other organizations, including scheduling, freight, payment, or technology providers. TSC may have a commercial or referral relationship with certain providers, but does not control their websites, availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices. Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
Inquiry submissions
Sending an email, calendar request, or other inquiry does not create an advisory, fiduciary, legal, or confidential professional relationship. Do not send payment credentials, passwords, security codes, sensitive authentication data, or other restricted information through general website channels. Any formal services, responsibilities, compensation, confidentiality obligations, and deliverables will be governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
TSC branding and original website materials are owned by or licensed to TSC and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without permission. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply an endorsement or affiliation beyond the relationships described on this website. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems.
